Michael showed outstanding stuff and polish at this January’s Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament. His fastball has life and creeps into the low 90’s. His breaking ball has sharp, late break and is an out pitch at present and in the future. He shows a good feel for pitching that will transfer to the next level. 

While pitching for Canyon View High School this spring, Michael recorded 124 strikeouts in 74 innings. Dedrick has verbally committed to take his mound presence to the University of San Diego.
